Where is Amber & Pine based?
We are a small family-run business located in Kaunas, Lithuania. Our founder, Aušrinė, comes from an amber manufacturing family and has decades of experience working with Baltic amber.

What kind of products do you offer?
We offer a variety of genuine Baltic amber jewelry and beads, including bracelets, necklaces (both polished and raw baroque styles) and loose amber beads for crafting. 

How do you guarantee authenticity of the amber?
Since our team has long experience in amber manufacturing and selecting raw amber, we ensure each piece is genuine Baltic amber. We select carefully and work with certified materials.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Our online store supports many country/region currencies and we ship worldwide.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I choose the right size or style for bracelets/necklaces?

Are there care instructions for amber jewelry?

Does each piece look exactly like the photos?
Because we use natural amber, no two beads are exactly the same. Color shades, inclusions and bead shape may vary slightly - this is part of the unique charm of working with natural amber.

What about small children and amber jewelry?
Some amber necklaces/bracelets are marketed for children, but please note that any jewelry poses a choking hazard for children under 3 years old if unsupervised. Always follow safety guidelines.
